8th Annual Minds Over Matter Sag Harbor 5k Run

The Minds Over Matter 5K Run is a 3.1 mile road race set in the heart of The Hamptons in the village of Sag Harbor, New York. The course begins at the water’s edge along West Water Street and Long Island Avenue. Runners are then cheered running down Main Street into the historical district passing the Whaling Museum, Customs House and homes built almost 200 years ago. As the race continues, runners enter the beautiful residential area of Redwood. It is here the course climbs heights over-looking the village harbor before finishing back at the inlet cove.
